Discover the Institute of Jamaica, founded in 1879, the nation’s leading cultural, artistic, and scientific organization, known for promoting the arts through exhibitions and awards.

Enjoy a guided walk through the  Ark Walk streets to view colorful murals by local and international artists, each telling powerful stories of Jamaican life and culture.

 

The tour also includes a visit to the National Library of Jamaica, home to important collections of Jamaican literature, maps, newspapers, photographs, films, and historical records.
